Lowest Price Guarantee Fairplay (FP) will beat any written quotation subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Fairplay must have the opportunity to meet the written price before the goods are delivered.
- The price must be from a local South African retailer in Limpopo Province, excluding any cost of delivery.
- The quotation must not be older than 30 (thirty) days.
- goods must be available and of a similar standard and quality.
- FP reserves the right to purchase the goods from the source of the quotation and supply it at a reduced price.
- . FP reserves the right in its sole discretion to adjust or discontinue this lowest price guarantee or to restrict the availability thereof to any person, at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
- The failure of FP to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof.
- The same brand of goods must be sourced from the supplier thereof by a registered retailer of the supplier of the particular brand of goods.
- The goods shall not be sourced from stores that are either newly opened or relaunched stores and are purchased on opening or relaunching promotions
